365  Day Reminder, Do Not Fear! 

DAY TWO

At times, it seems everything and everyone may be against the instructions we have received in our inner spirit. 

Even things we see, hear, smell, taste, and feel may stimulate fearful emotions in this drama filled and unexpected hour. 

Then there comes this still quiet voice of encouragement to remind us, be not afraid.

Deuteronomy 1:29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them. 

 30  The LORD your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes.

When Moses sent the children of Israel to spy out the land that God had commissioned them to travel to, they brought back fruit to show that it was a good land. However, all of them except, Joshua and Caleb were fearful of the people that they called giants of the land. They were fearful of the tall buildings and the projection of capabilities they had not experienced or seen before. Joshua and Caleb was relying on the WORD of GOD and standing in faith. They knew that with GOD they could overcome.

Fear prevailed in those that were not aligned with Joshua and Caleb's faith. Yet they pressed in believing that their GOD would cause them to be victorious.

Fear does not have to live in our mortal body. We do not have to allow it to consume our soul. The GOD of Israel has told us in HIS WORD that is forever settled in the heavens, be NOT AFRAID.

That is so powerful. He is fighting the battles we know about. He will fight the battles of the unknown.

We do not have to fear progression and practicing dominion and power that HE has ordained because HE has already settled it. 

HE will be with us no matter how big the giants are that we are facing.

HE will be with us even when the grasshoppers that look too many in the land.

We have spied out Canaan and have been given the right to possess it. HE is encouraging us to move forward, no matter what we are fearful of, HE has said, "do not be afraid."

Let us pray.

ABBA FATHER, thanks for Your encouragement in your WORD. Help us to remain focused on your mission. Remove every spirit of fear from Your children. Increase our faith with open displays of Your power and might. In JESUS MIGHTY NAME! Amen.
